Summary:
The Graphic Design Coordinator will be responsible for designing and producing print and digital media materials to support Niterra's marketing and communications efforts. This role involves creating brochures, flyers, graphics, and web content while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to stay current with evolving design and technology trends.
Responsibilities: Design and create flyers, brochures, and other print media. Deliver graphic files to third-party printers and oversee print production. Design, create, and edit graphics for a range of marketing and communications needs. Design, create, and maintain the corporate website. Stay up to date on current design and technological trends for web design and development. Stay abreast of technological trends for graphics and software. Write basic copy, proof, and edit materials as necessary. Perform video editing as necessary. Effectively manage the development of many projects and project types simultaneously. Coordinate special projects as assigned by management. Overtime and/or travel as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including IATF16949 and ISO14000 related policies as applicable. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles and application, with the ability to design brochures and other marketing materials. Strong media and communications knowledge of both print and digital media. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Dreamweaver). Working knowledge of pre-press production procedures. Working knowledge of Pantone color standards, conversions, and typography. Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Minimum 2 years of experience preferred. Experience in the automotive industry or a related field preferred. Physical Requirements:
Ability to drive a car. Ability to perform business travel by public transportation. Ability to lift 40 pounds. Ability to walk. Good hearing and eyesight (correctable). Ability to communicate verbally. Ability to use a computer keyboard. Potential Hazards:
