Über

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate has strong content creation skills, understands social media trends, and knows how to build engagement and drive conversions through strategic posting and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Create and manage social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars
Write engaging captions, posts, and short-form scripts
Create visuals (posts, stories, reels covers, banners) using Canva/Figma or similar tools
Monitor trends and create viral-style content when relevant
Manage community engagement (reply to comments/messages)
Track performance metrics and optimize based on analytics
Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads is a plus)
Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand strategy
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok content, and growth strategies
Good design sense and ability to create clean, modern visuals
Strong English writing skills (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent content
Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience working with brands in finance, tech, or startups
Experience in influencer marketing or UGC strategy
Basic video editing skills
Experience running ads and A/B testing creatives
