This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of rigorous data analysis, strategic thinking, and client communication. The Senior Analyst will evaluate campaign performance across channels, identify optimization opportunities, and translate complex datasets into clear, outcome-focused recommendations that inform media investment decisions.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing SQL, diving deep into large and complex datasets, developing performance narratives, and presenting clear, confident recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. This role goes beyond reporting — it requires analytical ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to connect data to fundraising impact.
Responsibilities
Performance Analytics and Insights
· Analyze daily media performance across all clients / campaigns.
· Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, correlations, and optimization opportunities.
· Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, ROI, and fundraising outcomes.
· Proactively surface insights and performance risks.
Reporting & Data Integrity
· Develop end-to-end reporting frameworks aligned with client KPIs and business objectives.
· Automate data pipelines / reporting processes to reduce manual work / improve accuracy.
· Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
Client-Facing Communication & Presentations
· Prepare clear, compelling performance reports and executive-level presentations.
· Present insights, trends, and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
· Leverage client-facing dashboards to deliver clear data storytelling and translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
· Serve as the analytics lead on assigned accounts.
· Simplify complex technical findings into accessible, decision-ready narratives.
Strategic Alignment & Measurement Strategy
· Partner with media buyers and client service teams to align reporting with campaign goals, revenue targets, and client objectives.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.
· Develop and maintain standardized reporting methodologies across accounts.
· Continuously improve analytics processes, documentation, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
· 3–6+ years of experience in analytics, fundraising data and performance reporting.
· Hands-on experience working in GA4 and querying data in BigQuery.
· Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
· Demonstrated experience working with business intelligence dashboards to interpret performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
· Experience preparing and delivering client-facing presentations.
· Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
· Experience working with direct response television or fundraising campaigns.
· Must be a resident of United States or in Canada.
