Description
The Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our clients Technical Operations team. This is a dynamic, "cross-functional" role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn multiple facets of aviation logistics. You will be the glue between our vendors, engineering teams, and Maintenance Control Center (MCC), directly impacting 's operational reliability and cost-efficiency.
Responsibilities
Repairs & Tooling Management
Create, update, and manage Repair Orders (ROs) within the eMRO system.
Monitor vendor Turnaround Times (TAT) and proactively escalate delays to prevent stockouts.
Facilitate tooling repair orders and calibration requests to ensure maintenance teams have airworthy equipment.
AOG (Aircraft on Ground) & Expediting
Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft to minimize flight disruptions.
Coordinate urgent shipments and specialized courier arrangements.
Maintain the AOG dashboard, providing real-time status updates to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
Inventory Planning & Analytics
Update min/max levels and reorder points to optimize stock health.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and prepare inventory data.
Generate and maintain operational dashboards to track departmental KPIs.
Warehouse & Logistics Support
Assist with shipping/receiving operations and clearing documentation backlogs.
Perform physical cycle counts and assist with formal inventory audits.
Prepare specialized documentation for the transport of Dangerous Goods.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or a high-volume warehouse environment.
Proven ability to multitask and "flex" between different roles based on daily operational needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment where priorities change rapidly.
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with aviation-specific ERP/MRO software (e.g., eMRO, Aeroxchange).
Understanding of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping regulations.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) for dashboard maintenance.
