Our Colorado Springs, Colorado warehouse is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of products. You'll be involved in a range of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a fast-paced position requiring energy and a proactive approach. We provide all necessary PPE and emphasize strict adherence to safety guidelines. The role involves regular lifting and manual labor, so good physical condition is essential. Your contribution is vital to our logistics network and overall success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all established safety procedures and protocols.
- Utilize all required PPE correctly and consistently.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Assist with other warehouse support tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of warehouse safety guidelines and PPE usage.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
