Colorado Mobile PT is expanding! Founded over five years ago as a direct alternative to the traditional outpatient structure, we are a PT-owned and operated practice dedicated to providing high-quality neurological rehabilitation. Due to increasing demand in the Fort Collins area, we are looking for a passionate, autonomous Physical Therapist to join our team as a PRN independent contractor.

The Role
While we see a small mix of orthopedic cases, your primary focus will be on neurological rehabilitation. You will work with patients in their homes to improve mobility, safety, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive evaluations and treatments for neurological disorders (Stroke, TBI, SCI, Parkinson’s, etc.).
* Develop creative, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the home environment.
* Manage your own schedule and documentation with a focus on quality over quantity.
Qualifications
* Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Licensure: Active Colorado Physical Therapy license in good standing.
* Experience: Strong background or interest in neurological rehabilitation is required. Experience with Parkinson’s or vestibular therapy is a plus.
* Attributes: You are self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.

* Location: Fort Collins, CO, and surrounding areas.
* Status: PRN / Independent Contractor (1099).
* Setting: Home-based outpatient (Mobile PT).
