Winemaking in some major regions of the world can be an 'industrial' undertaking, but for us here at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia, winemaking is an 'artform'. Each vintage is the result of a creative process, backed by science and the result of hundreds of years of learning, guided by the hands of highly skilled and passionate experts who need to anticipate and adapt to the specific differences of each and every vintage. We are artisans, crafting wines in one of the smallest wine regions in the world, working to define the Okanagan and put our region on the world stage.
The Role
Join the high‑impact Finance team at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia, where you'll help shape business planning across our vineyard, production, guest‑experience and the rest of it's operations. - Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Continuously improve tools, processes, and data quality.
- Respond to month-end and year-end finance/audit queries.
Who You Are

- Exposure to ERP systems (QAD, SAP, NetSuite) and comfort navigating large data sets.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to "connect the dots."
- Clear communicator who can make numbers meaningful.
- Savvy, systems‑oriented, and able to pick things up quickly — thrives on learning and wants real ownership.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in CPG, manufacturing, agriculture, or wine.
- Cost accounting or production accounting understanding.
- Working toward CPA or CFA is a plus, but not required
