UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire UX
  design process, from the discovery phase to implementation and go -live, ensuring a
  seamless user experience throughout.
• Collaborate closely with
  cross -functional project teams to understand the problem space, articulate
  the project goals, and define user and business needs.
• Collaborate with
  developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing
  guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Continuously iterate and
  improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emerging
  industry trends.
• Act as a mentor and
  provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity,
  collaboration, and innovation.
  Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in participating in complex projects (products) of different sizes, ensuring alignment to plans, best practices and incorporating user -centred design processes and agile (scrum) methodologies.
    
  • Expertise in UX software such as JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin. HTML5, CSS3, and JS skills (React, Angular, NodeJS), are a plus.
    
  • Ability to clearly write user -friendly content for related design
