Digital Service Insurance Broker
Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for servicing a large personal lines book of business. This is a remote, work from home position that prioritizes retention and excellent customer service.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Processing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure
- Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
- Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
- Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers' needs
- Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
- Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
- Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
The value you bring
- Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License; must obtain Level 2 License after employment, employer paid and supported.
- 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, previous Insurance or Call Centre experience an asset
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional experience building rapport with customers
- Adept in retrieving customer data efficiently
Hours: Full Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours/week
