We are WSP.The Opportunity  Based in Dartmouth, Mississauga, Toronto, or Ottawa, this is your chance to join one of Canada's largest Spatial Information Management and Digital Design teams. As a Junior GIS Analyst, you'll contribute to meaningful Earth & Environment projects across Canada and around the world—helping turn complex data into insight, clarity, and impact.Your Impact
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and consultants to understand project needs and translate them into high‑quality GIS deliverables.
  • Support projects in diverse fields including archaeology, geotechnical engineering, mining, and biological environmental sciences.
  • Create GIS datasets from digital and analog sources, applying conversions between text, tabular, CAD, and GIS formats.
  • Produce 2D maps, figures, charts, and presentation‑ready visuals that elevate proposals and reports across the country.
  • Organize and bring data to life using tools like ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Support enterprise geospatial databases through creation, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Contribute to developing GIS solutions and workflow improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Engage in continuous knowledge sharing, mentorship, and professional growth in a global community of digital experts.
  • The Skills That Set You Apart
  • An Advanced Diploma in GIS or a combination of relevant GIS experience and post‑secondary education.
  • Minimum two years of hands‑on experience with ESRI technologies (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS 10.x, ArcGIS Online/Portal/WebApps) and GIS/CAD formats.
  • Strong cartographic abilities with a knack for communicating complex information clearly and visually.
  • Experience organizing, analyzing, and mapping field‑collected data in collaborative, deadline‑driven environments.
  • Familiarity with developing GIS solutions in areas like QA/QC, mobile data capture, geospatial analysis, or workflow automation (an asset).
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

    MB & ON: $54,800 – $75,400
    NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $54,200 – $72,000 Disclosure:
