Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Sales Representative. Based in Mississauga, ON, the role combines an in-office presence with flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include generating leads, delivering sales presentations, preparing quotes, and meeting sales targets. The role requires effective collaboration with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of custom label solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of printing processes or experience in label manufacturing is a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Compensation
Base salary $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
Commission on sales or gross profit
Car allowance or mileage
