What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an IT Lead who will establish and own our IT and security function, implementing the tools, standards, and processes that power a secure and productive workplace. We're seeking a hands-on, security-minded IT generalist, ready to bring structure, clarity, and scalability to a growing organization. As our IT Lead, you'll report to the VP Product & Technology and work closely with Business Operations, Internal Systems Engineering, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our workplace tools effectively support both day-to-day execution and long-term growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
Provide day-to-day tech support for employees
Manage onboarding and offboarding (devices, access, permissions)
Govern identity and access management (SSO, MFA, groups)
Oversee hardware provisioning and maintain device lifecycle and inventory
Create and maintain IT documentation and procedures
Systems & Tooling
Evaluate, implement, and manage internal tools and vendors
Partner with Technical Systems Manager on system changes and rollouts
Security & Risk Management
Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
Lead security awareness and employee training
Coordinate security incident response and investigations
Act as the point of contact for security reviews or compliance needs
Strategy & Planning
Build and maintain the IT & security roadmap
Prepare systems and processes for company growth
What You Bring
3+ years in an IT generalist role within a small or mid-sized organization
Experience establishing or formalizing IT processes in a growing company
Strong knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access controls)
Experience administering and governing SaaS-based workplace tools
Hands-on experience with device management and lifecycle oversight
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and manage IT vendors and third-party tools
Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals with experience developing and enforcing security policies and best practices
Excellent project management skills with an ability to drive change across an organization
