Bizerba Canada is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to deliver and support exceptional customer service across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between our customers, field teams, and internal departments — ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, orders are processed accurately, and issues are resolved efficiently. Our goal is to keep the department operating smoothly and profitably while consistently exceeding customer expectations. By providing clear communication, proactive follow-up, and dependable support, you will help strengthen customer satisfaction, build long-term loyalty, and contribute directly to our team's overall success.
Salary Range: CAD 62,000 - CAD 68,000
Your tasks
Process work orders according to customer specifications while maintaining clear, consistent communication with sales and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Gather and verify all necessary information to accurately prepare and request quotes promptly.
Route artwork, copy, digital files, or prints to the appropriate departments and proactively follow up to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
Accurately and promptly enter all job information into SAP and related systems, ensuring data integrity and order precision.
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email using professional etiquette, delivering timely, courteous, and solution-oriented service.
Proactively follow up on orders to confirm accuracy and on-time delivery, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Address and resolve questions from customers, sales representatives, and production teams efficiently and professionally, maintaining a strong customer-first approach at all times.
Your profile
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a customer service–focused role is required, preferably within the printing/label industry. Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) is strongly preferred, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with diverse clients and internal teams.
Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using SAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to clear, professional client interactions.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service accuracy.
A consistently positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude contributes to a supportive, team-oriented environment for both clients and colleagues.
This is a temporary contract opportunity covering an existing role within our Customer Service team.
