We are currently seeking a Parking Supervisor for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations and report directly to the Duty Manager, ensuring smooth execution of parking services, consistent customer experience, and effective frontline team supervision in a fast-paced airport environment.
What Would You Be Doing?
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service needs, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Support daily parking operations and collaborate with property management to address facility-related issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Support staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and timesheet review.
Assist with operational reporting and required Health & Safety documentation.
Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and guidance to frontline staff.
Address customer service issues on-site and escalate matters to the Duty Manager when required.
Support equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Duty Manager.
What Are the Working Conditions?
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
Frequent physical activity including bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience is an asset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field is considered an asset.
Bilingualism (English and French).
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid Ontario Class G driver's license with a clean driving record.
