We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to support operational activities in a shared hosting environment supporting 200+ Java applications.
This role focuses on middleware support, incident management, service request fulfillment, change implementation, and configuration management within a structured ITIL environment.
Key Responsibilities
Incident intake, triage, and resolution
Service request fulfillment and queue management
Change request assessment and implementation
Middleware monitoring and operational reporting
Support cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
Must haves:
IBM WebSphere Application Server NDM and Liberty
IBM DataPower
Deployment Automation - Urban Code Deploy and Urban Code Velocity
Middleware Monitoring tools e.g. ITCAM, Dynatrace
Cloud technology including OpenShift, Kubernetes and Ansible
Experience with ITIL Incident Management process
Experience with ITIL Change Management process
Sprachkenntnisse
