This role is to support a 12-month maternity leave. The Senior Account Manager, Platform Solutions, will navigate the ever-changing media landscape for Magnite. Championing cross-team activations internally at Magnite as well as with strategic partners on their Canadian activations. This is a great opportunity for someone to showcase their excellence in programmatic strategy.
In This Role You Will
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Develop an excellent understanding of each customer's business, technical set-up, and needs in order to create an end-to-end strategy to unlock new opportunities
Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, relevant insights, and best practices
Proactively monitor client performance data across an omnichannel portfolio to provide clients with recommendations and help them achieve their revenue goals
Lead strategic quarterly business reviews and implement work plans
Troubleshoot supply and deals monetization independently and with cross-functional teams, including operations, to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Lead internal enablement initiatives, including external and internal troubleshooting training, Salesforce/contract process guidance, and sharing market intelligence.
Collect market feedback and relay it to product, marketing, and operations enablement teams.
Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, supporting their growth in product knowledge and client management.
We're Looking For Someone With
4–6 years' experience in digital advertising, with proven success in a client-facing, revenue-driving role. Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into actionable client strategies (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau). Exceptional communication and presentation skills with Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of the Canadian publishing landscape and programmatic advertising ecosystem (CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH).
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-value clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Fluent in English required
Hybrid work model – in office 3 days per week.
Ability to travel 1 week per quarter or as needed
