• To facilitate the flow of legitimate trade and travel while preventing the illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods.
• In addition, conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances. Determine admissibility for entry into the United States; prevent smuggling of illicit drugs.Prevent evasion of law by all means necessary in accordance with established policies procedures;
