Border Security Specialist

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.


• Preventing and apprehending unauthorized aliens at or near the borders through covert surveillance operations.


• Interpreting tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry persons, contraband use infrared scopes during night operations to lead investigations and analyze information rapidly to make prompt decisions. Developing a network of informants is also crucial in this role.
