About the Position:
The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking individuals to fill various positions as Customs and Border Protection Officers. These officers are responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
Duties:
- Enforce laws related to customs, immigration, and agriculture
- Facilitate the flow of legitimate trade and travel
- Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances
- Determine admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with primary residency in the country for at least three years out of the last five years. They must also meet age requirements unless exempt due to prior law enforcement experience or military service.
