Currently, I am facing issues with SMS messages within GoHighLevel workflows. I have developed and designed the workflows myself, and overall they are running smoothly. However, there are instances where contacts get stuck at the SMS step. In these cases, the SMS is not delivered, but the workflow still skips the action as if it were successfully completed. I need to understand the root cause of this issue and would like to consult with someone experienced in this area to properly diagnose and resolve it.
In addition, I have several questions regarding workflow optimization and would appreciate guidance on how to improve our current setup and make it more reliable and efficient.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel workflows (triggers, actions, conditions, and pipeline automation)
Deep understanding of GoHighLevel SMS delivery (provider settings, phone numbers, compliance, rate limits, error handling)
Experience troubleshooting issues where contacts get stuck or steps are skipped in workflows
Ability to read and interpret delivery logs or error reports related to SMS events
Proven track record optimizing GoHighLevel workflows for reliability, scalability, and performance
Knowledge of best practices for workflow design, branching logic, and retries for failed actions
Good communication skills to explain root causes clearly and propose practical fixes and improvements
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: HighLevel, SMS setup, Twilio, Sendblue, Lead Nurturing, GoHighLevel workflows, Marketing Automation Strategy
