We are building an in-house growth engine and looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO & Performance Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution remotely.
This is not a basic blog SEO role.
We are looking for someone who understands:
• Competitive London local SEO
• B2B lead generation
• LinkedIn corporate targeting
• Search Atlas tool
• Offshore team management
• Performance KPIs tied to revenue

Your Mission (First 6 Months)
• Increase qualified corporate leads by 40%
• Rank for high-value keywords such as:
• Corporate Chauffeur London
• Executive Chauffeur Service London
• Private Jet Chauffeur London
• Chauffeur for Law Firms London
• Build and manage offshore SEO & content team
• Launch LinkedIn corporate outreach engine
• Reduce cost per lead under £25
• Generate minimum 10 qualified corporate meetings per month

Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Search Atlas Strategy
• Conduct full SEO audit
• Keyword gap analysis vs competitors (Blacklane, iChauffeur etc.)
• Build programmatic landing pages
• Implement schema & technical SEO improvements
• Backlink acquisition strategy
• Local SEO optimisation (London competitive market)
2. Corporate LinkedIn Lead Generation
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Build target list (Travel Managers, PAs, Procurement Heads, Operations Directors)
• Structure outreach campaigns
• Develop messaging strategy
• Track lead funnel performance
3. Paid Media Oversight
• Google Search campaigns
• Retargeting setup
• UGC strategy planning
• Performance optimisation
4. Offshore Team Setup
• Hire and manage remote SEO & content team
• Create SOPs and KPIs
• Weekly reporting
• Sprint-based execution structure

Required Experience
• 5+ years in SEO & performance marketing
• Proven B2B lead generation experience
• Experience using Search Atlas (preferred)
• Experience managing remote teams
• Strong understanding of high-ticket service marketing
• Ability to work with CRM & tracking systems
• Data-driven decision making
