Overview
We are looking for an experienced Bullhorn consultant to support the implementation of a Pay & Bill system integrated with Bullhorn.
The goal of this project is to enable automatic generation of client invoices and contractor payments once timesheets are signed. To achieve this, Bullhorn needs to hold accurate billing and payment data (rates, currencies, payment terms, etc.), which will then be pulled into the Pay & Bill platform.
We are seeking someone who can work closely with us to design, configure, and implement this efficiently.
Scope of Work
- Review Pay & Bill system requirements and identify all Bullhorn data dependencies
- Advise on Bullhorn custom fields required (billing rates, currencies, payment terms, contractor payment info, etc.)
- Create and configure these fields in Bullhorn
- Support population and validation of required data
- Ensure Bullhorn data can be successfully pulled into the Pay & Bill system
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
- Potential additional support on related integrations (e.g. WhatsApp, automation, workflows)
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn ATS/CRM
- Proven experience creating and managing custom fields, workflows, and integrations
- Experience working with Pay & Bill systems, invoicing, contractor payments, or payroll-related integrations
- Ability to work independently and move quickly
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Previous experience integrating Bullhorn with:
- Pay & Bill / payroll systems
- Accounting or invoicing platforms
- WhatsApp API
- Background in recruitment, staffing, or contractor-based businesses
Deliverables
- List of required Bullhorn fields aligned to Pay & Bill requirements
- Fully configured and tested Bullhorn setup
- Documentation or walkthrough of changes made
- Recommendations for best practices going forward
