Über
We are a marketing agency building a new Webflow website for an established education provider in Canada.
The project involves migrating an existing Wix website to Webflow to:
- Improve SEO
- Support bilingual content (EN/FR)
- Modernize the design
- Improve scalability through CMS architecture
The Webflow template has already been purchased and customized. Initial setup is complete. We now need an experienced Webflow Developer to execute the remaining build, CMS setup, integrations, content migration, and QA before go-live.
Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Webflow Build
You will finalize and build key pages using the existing Webflow template, including core static pages, CMS-driven templates, forms (Apply & Contact), and navigation components.
This includes:
- Structuring CMS-based pages (Programs, Partners, News, FAQ)
- Ensuring clean navigation and reusable components (header, footer)
- Implementing responsive design across all breakpoints
- Setting up registration flow with payment functionality (Webflow E-Commerce)
CMS Collections to Set Up
You will configure and populate CMS collections for:
- Study Profiles
- Partner Schools & Academies
- News posts
- FAQ
- Team members
All collections must support SEO fields (meta title, meta description) and follow a clean, scalable structure.
Phase 2 – API Integrations
- Weglot (EN/FR subdirectory structure, hreflang verification)
- Connect forms to Zoho CRM
- Install and configure GA4 + GTM
- Set up conversion tracking for form submissions
- Verify and configure Google Search Console
Phase 3 – Content Migration & QA
- Migrate content from provided PDFs
- Populate all CMS collections
- Optimize and compress images (WebP where appropriate)
- Cross-browser testing
- Responsive QA across all breakpoints
- Validate Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Verify all forms are correctly sending data to CRM
SEO Build Requirements
SEO strategy is handled internally, but your build must support :
- CMS meta title and description fields connected to Webflow SEO settings
- Clean URL structure
- Proper alt text on all images
- One H1 per page
- Minimum 3 internal links per page
Schema placeholders:
- EducationalOrganization (site-wide)
- FAQ Page (FAQ)
- Article (News posts)
- Course (Programs)
Timeline
- Estimated workload: 20–30 hours
- Expected completion window: less than 2 weeks
- Go-live target: Week of March 2-6
Required Skills
- Strong Webflow CMS experience
- Experience building multi-page Webflow sites (10+ pages)
- Experience working within existing templates
- Advanced responsive design skills
- Understanding of CMS-driven architecture
Nice to have:
- Weglot bilingual experience
- Webflow E-Commerce experience
- Zoho CRM or Zapier integration experience
- SEO-aware Webflow builds

How to Apply
