We're hiring a UI/UX designer to design a complete website from the ground up. This is not a template-editing job. We need someone with strong creative judgment who can think independently and build a solid, structured, conversion-focused website.
You should be able to:
Design the full website experience (IA → wireframes → high-fidelity UI)
Create a clear sitemap and page hierarchy
Develop a cohesive visual system (colors, typography, spacing, components)
Design responsive layouts (desktop + mobile)
Deliver dev-ready Figma files with organized components
Think beyond generic SaaS or agency-style layouts
We are not looking for repetitive, trend-based designs. We want original thinking, strong layout decisions, and thoughtful user flow.
Ideal candidate:
Strong portfolio of complete website projects (not just landing pages or UI shots)
Demonstrates reasoning behind design decisions
Comfortable designing with real content, not placeholder text
Understands structure, hierarchy, and conversion logic
Can suggest improvements rather than just execute instructions

3 full website case studies
Your process from discovery to final design
Figma samples (if available)
Your estimated timeline for a full website design
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
