Our platform is a premium wealth dashboard built for property investors and estate agencies. It provides portfolio visibility, performance analytics, AI insights, and white-label capability for agencies.
Our website has been live for approximately one year but just recently, we transitioned from a service-focused site to a software-led SaaS platform.
Despite this, SEO traction is minimal and tools such as SEMrush show limited visibility. We believe Google may be confused about our category positioning, as we do not sit cleanly in "CRM" or "Property Management Software" categories. We are more aligned with:
• Property Investor Software
• Landlord Wealth Tools
• Portfolio Tracking Software
• White Label PropTech Platform
We need a senior-level SEO expert to:
- Conduct a full technical SEO audit and send it over initially to explain our problem(indexation, crawlability, schema, site structure, keyword mapping issues, content gaps and authority signals)
- Tell us why ranking momentum is slow
- Then Provide a clear strategic roadmap with cost estimates to fix
We are looking for someone who understands SaaS positioning, niche categorisation challenges, and competitive SERP strategy.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
