Über
Each assistant will have a clear role. One will handle customer support (answering user questions in chat). Another will monitor activity and flag anything unusual. Another will help with business insights and reporting. We also need one focused on supporting marketplace sellers (helping with onboarding, listings, and general guidance).
This is not overly complex — we want clean, reliable AI assistants that do their job well.
What we need:
* Integration with OpenAI (or similar)
* Ability to connect the AI to our help articles/web pages
* Simple backend setup (API-based)
* Clear, natural responses (friendly and helpful tone)
* Basic logging so we can see how it's performing
Nice to have:
* Experience building chatbots or AI assistants before
* Understanding of how to connect AI to a knowledge base (RAG)

* Your recommended approach
* Timeline and cost estimate
We're looking to move quickly and keep things simple, with potential for more work long-term.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
