We're looking for a UI Designer with strong experience in conversion-focused landing pages to help us improve an existing guide page:
This page educates families on how to apply for Texas education vouchers and guides them toward taking the next step in the process.
We're looking for someone who combines thoughtful visual design with a strong understanding of user behavior and conversion strategy. The ideal candidate knows how to structure information clearly, reduce friction, and guide visitors toward action in a natural and trustworthy way.
What You'll Do:
Audit our current landing page (structure, layout, hierarchy, and user flow)
Identify friction points or areas that may reduce conversions
Improve:
- Visual hierarchy and readability
- CTA placement and emphasis
- Trust-building elements
- Information flow and clarity
- Mobile responsiveness
Redesign key sections in Figma (or your preferred design tool)
Suggest A/B testing ideas where appropriate
Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth implementation
What We're Looking For:
Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI work
Proven experience improving landing page conversion rates
Solid understanding of:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- User behavior and decision psychology
- Information hierarchy
- CTA strategy
- Mobile-first design
Ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind your design decisions
Nice to Have:
Experience working on long-form landing pages
Experience in education, SaaS, or application funnels
Familiarity with tools like heatmaps or analytics platforms
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
