I'm looking for an experienced HTML/front-end developer to help fix a Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) form integration on my landing page.
The form is already created in Brevo, but I'm experiencing multiple technical issues after embedding it into my custom HTML page.
Main issues:
• Form submissions are not always syncing correctly with the Brevo list
• Confirmation page / success message sometimes not triggering
• Mobile layout shows black side margins around the embedded form
• Phone field validation breaks submission
• Birthday date field validation errors
• Height/responsive issues when embedding via iframe or raw HTML
• Need full mobile-first responsive design (edge-to-edge on mobile, centered on desktop)
What I need:
• Fix Brevo form integration so submissions ALWAYS go to the correct list
• Ensure confirmation email + success state works
• Remove validation errors breaking submission
• Fix mobile responsiveness (no side margins, full width)
• Clean HTML-only implementation (no Shopify / no CMS)
• Provide final production-ready HTML code I can copy & paste
• Optional: advise best embedding method (iframe vs native embed vs API)
Technical context:
• Custom HTML landing page
• Brevo embedded form (iframe + native embed tested)
• Need cross-device compatibility (iPhone + Android + desktop)
• No frameworks required — clean HTML/CSS preferred

• Improve form UX
• Add auto-height iframe solution
• Suggest best Brevo configuration for reliability
