Über
We are a small used-car dealership implementing an AI-powered phone assistant to handle inbound sales inquiries 24/7. We need an experienced AI automation specialist to configure, test, and deploy a phone-based AI answering service.
Required Experience
• Experience implementing AI phone bots or virtual receptionists
• Familiarity with tools like Rosie AI, , Twilio-based bots, or similar
• Understanding of sales call flows
• Strong English communication skills
• CRM integration experience (HubSpot a plus, or similar)
• Must advise on all tools and apps needed to help reduce unexpected cost.
Nice to have
• Experience with automotive or sales-focused businesses
Education
• No formal degree required
• Demonstrated hands-on experience required
Deliverables
Scope includes:
Configuring an AI phone answering tool
Designing call flows for sales inquiries
Training the AI on dealership FAQs (financing, vehicle availability, hours)
Setting up call routing / escalation rules
CRM Integration
Testing and deployment
Basic documentation for staff
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
