I am the owner of a private psychiatric and integrative mental health practice based in Florida. I am seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to review and take over management of an existing Google Ads account.
The practice provides psychiatric evaluations, ADHD assessment testing (including QBTest), and medication management services for general psychiatry services . Ads should reflect clinical services with clear intent-based targeting rather than general wellness traffic. The goal is lead generation and conversion to booked appointments
This role will begin with a full review of the current campaign setup, followed by ongoing management and optimization.

• Anxiety and depression treatment
What I'm Looking For
• Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads for healthcare or mental health providers
• Strong understanding of intent-based search marketing
• Ability to clearly explain strategy and performance in plain language
• Proactive communication and transparency
• Someone who can make recommendations, not just execute tasks
What I'm NOT Looking For
• General wellness or lifestyle marketing experience only
• Agencies focused primarily on impressions or traffic volume
Current Setup
• Google Ads account already active
• Google Tag installed
• Landing pages exist (may be refined based on recommendations)
• Business verification completed

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
