Über
Pay: $6–$7 per hour
Work Setup: Remote, Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute automation strategy aligned with business goals
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation, AI/ML)
• Lead cross-functional automation projects from planning to deployment
• Analyze processes, document requirements, and design optimal automation solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of automation developers and analysts
• Ensure automation projects comply with governance, quality, and regulatory standards
• Monitor automation performance and report results to leadership
• Evaluate automation tools and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications:
• Experience in automation, RPA, or process improvement
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup
