I'm looking for a specialist to build structured automations + simple AI agents for my consulting firm.
This is execution only — I will provide clear instructions.
Scope:
Automated Web Search + Data Capture
• Search for organizations/events in a specific city
• Extract event info + contact person
• Store structured data into Google Sheets or Airtable
• Remove duplicates automatically
Scraping / Data Extraction
• Use HTTP module or scraping tools/APIs
• Structure fields properly (name, email, role, website, etc.)
• Clean formatting + error handling
AI Agent Inside Make
Build a lightweight AI agent using OpenAI module that can:
• Clean and structure scraped data
• Classify leads (High / Medium / Low value)
• Generate short outreach message draft
• Avoid duplicate or irrelevant results
Must include:
• Proper prompt structure
• Clear variable mapping
• Token usage awareness
Scheduling Automation
• Form submission → Outlook calendar
• Auto-confirmation email
• Reminder sequence
