Crease Group is a premium fashion design and manufacturing firm working with top global brands. We're looking for a Technical Designer to join our remote product team and create high-quality tech packs for apparel across multiple categories.
This is an ongoing, high-volume role, working closely with our in-house Product Designer and Merchandiser to bring concepts to life and prepare them for production. You must be extremely organized, fast, and accurate.
What You'll Do:
Create clear, production-ready tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Excel
Include flat sketches, construction notes, BOMs, measurement specs, and label placements
Work from design briefs and communicate closely with our Designer and Merchandiser to ensure accuracy
Revise tech packs based on feedback and fit/sample updates
Handle multiple projects at once – must be able to manage workload across many brands
Keep files organized, version-controlled, and well-labeled
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Technical Designer for apparel
Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Excel (must be able to work quickly and cleanly)
Deep understanding of garment construction and production requirements
Comfortable handling multiple tech packs per week on an ongoing basis
Strong communication skills; able to collaborate across time zones
Experience working with global factories is a plus
Bonus: Familiarity with streetwear, activewear, or headwear
Working Structure:
You will collaborate directly with our Product Designer (concept/vision) and Merchandiser (production/fit)
All tech packs will be assigned and reviewed weekly
Ongoing workload for the right fit; we're looking for a long-term partner
