I'm looking for a senior Meta Ads expert (Facebook/Instagram) who has proven experience turning e-commerce ad accounts profitable and stable, not just "testing random creatives." I sell dog enrichment toys (snuffle / puzzle / mental stimulation toys) on Shopify.
Right now, I can have profitable days, but I'm struggling to make profitability consistent, and I'm not confident my overall structure (account setup, offer, funnels, tracking, creative testing system, scaling method) is optimized. I want someone who can diagnose what's broken, fix it, and build a system that scales without burning money.
Goal
Within 30 days, I want a clear path to stable profitability (and then scaling), using a structured and repeatable process. I have a lot of data, many creatives tested, and I'm ready to execute fast.
What I need you to do (scope)
1) Full Meta Ads Audit (deep, not surface-level)
Campaign structure review (prospecting vs retargeting, CBO/ABO, Advantage+, placements, geo, budgets)
Performance breakdown by: creatives, audiences, placements, angles, formats, hooks, thumbnails, landing pages
Identify the real bottleneck(s): offer, creative, tracking, funnel, CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV, frequency, fatigue, etc.
2) Tracking & Attribution Setup (must be clean)
Pixel + CAPI verification, event match quality, deduping, purchase event accuracy
Ensure Shopify + Meta is tracking correctly (and that decisions are based on trustworthy data)
3) Build a Real Testing System
Create a clear creative testing framework (hooks, angles, UGC formats, iterations)
Define what "success" means (KPIs + kill/scale rules)
Testing cadence (how many creatives/week, how to iterate winners, how to avoid random testing)
4) Creative Strategy (pet niche expertise is a big plus)
Identify winning angles for dog enrichment toys (boredom/destruction, mental stimulation, calmness, separation anxiety, "work for treats," etc.)
Give exact ad briefs and iteration guidelines
Help build a pipeline of creatives that prevents fatigue
5) Scaling Plan (once unit economics work)
Scale method that fits my product + niche (increase budgets safely, duplicate scaling, ASC scaling, creative scaling)
Stability focus: reduce volatility, maintain consistent results across days
Retargeting structure that supports scale without wasting spend
6) Funnel / CRO Feedback
Landing page / product page feedback (above-the-fold, offer clarity, trust, UGC placement, bundles, pricing psychology)
Improve conversion rate so ads don't have to "carry" everything
Deliverables I expect
A written audit + action plan (what's broken, what to change, and why)
A recommended campaign structure (exact setup)
A creative testing roadmap (what to test + how to iterate)
Clear KPI targets + rules (kill/keep/scale)
Weekly reporting & next steps
Requirements (please read)
You must have:
Proven results managing Meta Ads for e-commerce (Shopify)
Ability to explain decisions with numbers (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, AOV, MER, etc.)
Experience building stability and scaling (not just "launching ads")
Strong creative strategy skills (UGC, hooks, thumb-stops, iterations)
Availability to work fast and communicate clearly
Big bonus if you have experience in:
Pet niche / dog toys / enrichment products
Creative-first scaling systems
CAPI + tracking troubleshooting
CRO/product page optimization
