We are looking for someone who can:
• Improve positioning and messaging
• Refine offer framing
• Rewrite sequences for higher positive reply rates
• Use AI if necessary for personalization
• Optimize CTAs for direct responses
• Help us close more directly from email
Ideal Experience:
• Proven results in cold outbound (please share metrics)
• Experience increasing positive reply rates (not just opens)
• A/B testing mindset
What We'll Provide:
• Current sequences
• ICP breakdown
• Performance data (reply rates, positive reply rates, etc.)
• Examples of what has and hasn't worked
How to Apply:

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
