Schedule Instagram and LinkedIn posts
Format graphics in Canva (templates provided)
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
Assist with light caption formatting
Monitor and flag comments/DMs
Provider Outreach Support
Build targeted lists of therapists and healthcare providers
Send warm outreach messages (scripts provided)
Track responses and interested leads
Maintain organized outreach tracker (Airtable/Notion/Sheets)
Light Marketing Operations
Basic email formatting (ConvertKit or similar)
Update simple trackers and dashboards
Help maintain content calendar
Flag trends or opportunities you notice
Experience as a Marketing VA or similar role
Strong written English
Comfortable with LinkedIn and Instagram
Proficient in Canva
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Able to follow systems and SOPs
Comfortable working with a healthcare-focused brand
Bonus (Nice to Have):
Experience in healthcare, mental health, or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or HubSpot
Experience with outreach or lead generation
Basic email marketing experience
Experience supporting founder-led brands
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
