I already have experience in branding and a clear vision for the brand — I need someone who can execute, scale, and elevate it consistently.
We will be selling clothing online, so the goal is to build a community, authority, and demand — not just followers.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Instagram & TikTok strategy
• Grow audience organically (no fake engagement)
• Content planning (what to post, when, and why)
• Caption writing aligned with brand voice
• Short-form content direction (hooks, trends, storytelling)
• Optimize profile for conversions
• Build brand identity & consistency
• Monitor analytics & adjust strategy
• Suggest content ideas that increase engagement and sales

• Experience growing fashion or lifestyle brands (preferred)
• Strong understanding of modern TikTok & IG algorithms
• Branding mindset (not just content posting)
• Ability to think long-term and build a recognizable brand
