We are a fast-growing construction project management and real estate company building a permanent internal 30 process training library.
I am the founder. I know how to run projects, manage construction, control budgets, and lead teams — but I need someone highly organized to extract my knowledge and turn it into structured SOPs, checklists, and training systems.
This is NOT a virtual assistant role.
This is a systems-building role.
This is a PROJECT-BASED hire.
I am not looking for a full-time employee for this role.
However, for the right candidate, this could turn into long-term work within the company.
At this stage, I am looking for a defined project scope with a clear flat-fee proposal.
Spanish and English fluency is REQUIRED.
All documentation will need to be created in both Spanish and English.
What You Will Do
You will:
• Watch my recorded Loom videos (brain dumps, process walkthroughs, training explanations)
• Transcribe and organize them into clear step-by-step SOP documents
• Rewrite content into extremely simple language (a 5-year-old should understand it)
• Create detailed checklists for EVERY process
• Design checklists so that a brand-new employee can follow them and produce the same outcome I would
• Format documents cleanly for Google Docs
• Help build a structured internal training library
• Outline video training modules
• Create flowcharts or process maps when helpful
Non-Negotiable Standard
Every documented process MUST include:
• Step-by-step SOP
• A practical execution checklist
• Clear expected outcome
• Common mistakes to avoid
• Simple language
The goal is simple:
If someone brand new joins the company and follows the checklist exactly, they should achieve the same result as an experienced project manager.
If the checklist does not produce consistent results, it is not complete.

Required in Your Proposal
Explain how you would turn a messy 20-minute video into:
• A clean SOP
• A structured checklist
Provide ONE example of documentation you've created.
Explain how you ensure a checklist produces consistent outcomes.
Proposals without these will not be reviewed.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
