We are seeking a talented and experienced web developer to design and build a high-end, professional website for an established plastic surgery practice. This is more than just a development project. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a fully custom, responsive website optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create an intuitive, visually compelling layout that aligns with the practice's brand identity and appeals to a discerning clientele.
- Build and integrate key functionalities including online appointment booking, patient inquiry forms, before-and-after photo galleries, and procedure pages.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata, structured data, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of any patient contact or intake forms.
- Integrate third-party tools as needed, such as CRM systems, live chat, Google Analytics, and social media feeds.
- Optimize page load speed and overall site performance.
- Conduct thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing before launch.
- Provide documentation and basic training on the CMS so staff can manage content independently post-launch.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience building professional websites, ideally in the medical, aesthetic, or luxury service industries.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and conversion-focused design.
- Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, booking systems, and analytics tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to translate a brand vision into a polished digital product.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with healthcare or aesthetic medicine clients.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements for web forms and data handling.
- Basic graphic design skills or experience working alongside a designer.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies for medical practices.
