Über
Responsibilities:
- Monthly transaction categorization and reconciliation (bank + credit cards)
- Maintaining accurate Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
- Ensuring books are tax-ready for my CPA
- Reviewing for inconsistencies or cleanup needs
- Light support answering bookkeeping-related questions as needed
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with U.S. tax/accounting standards
- Excellent written communication
- Experience working with online/software businesses preferred
This is a long-term role. Budget is approximately $100/month, depending on scope and efficiency.
Please include:
- Your experience with QuickBooks Online
- Approximate hours required per month for a small software business
- Confirmation that you are comfortable working within the stated budget
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
