The Mission
Own and scale Meta ads for our RIA clients so they hit their growth goals without blowing up unit economics or compliance.
What You'll Actually Do
Run Meta like an operator, not a "button pusher"
Set up, structure, and manage campaigns (Testing ABO + Scale CBO + retargeting) for multiple RIA accounts.
Hit hard KPIs
Optimize daily to stay at / under target CPL and cost per qualified, held first meeting. No vibes-based media buying.
Test hooks like it's your job (because it is)
Continuously generate and validate new hooks, angles, and creatives off previous winners.
Turn data into clear next moves
Produce tight weekly summaries: what happened, what you changed, what you're testing next.
Collaborate with strategy & creative
Work directly with the founder and creative to turn RIA-specific insights into ads that pull in the right meetings.
Respect compliance
You don't write "get rich" scammy stuff. You understand we're in a regulated niche and write to that constraint.
What "Great" Looks Like in 90 Days
- Every client account is running inside a simple, scalable structure with clear test logs.
- We know our baseline winning hooks and angles for each RIA segment.
- KPIs are stable week to week, and when performance moves, you can explain exactly why.
- The founder isn't needed in day-to-day optimization because you own the channel like an adult.
You're Probably a Fit If
- 2+ years hands-on managing Meta lead gen (agency or in-house).
- You've taken accounts from "random results" to stable, profitable acquisition.
- You live in Ads Manager and spreadsheets; CPL, CPQM, CTR, CVR, ROAS are how you think.
- You've run structured testing before (not just "try stuff and pray").
- You communicate like a pro: concise, honest, no black-box "trust me bro" answers.
- Bonus: experience with financial services, B2B lead gen, or regulated niches.
