We aren't looking for a media buyer to manage budgets; we are looking for a Creative Powerhouse who knows how to stop the scroll.
The Trial Project:
We are selecting 5 top candidates for a $20 paid test (estimated 1-hour of work).
The Task: We will provide you with a book's synopsis, existing assets (covers/stock), and a few "comp" titles.
The Deliverable: You will produce a comprehensive Variation Set including:
- 5 x Primary Text options (varying in length and hook style).
- 5 x Headlines (punchy, click-driven).
- 5 x Descriptions.
- 2-3 Graphic Mockups utilizing the provided assets.
The "AI Bonus" (Optional): We value efficiency. If you use AI in your workflow, we'd love to see the Claude/LLM Prompt you used (or would use) to generate high-quality copy based on a book's metadata. This is not required but highly encouraged.
What We Are Looking For:
- You don't need to be a novelist, but you must understand how to sell a story. Industry experience in publishing or SFF/Romance is a major plus.
- You understand that "pretty" doesn't always mean "profitable." Your copy should be designed to drive clicks.
- You can take a book cover or a piece of key art and turn it into a high-performing social media asset.
Budget: $20 per selected candidate
Next Steps:
1. Send a proposal within UpWork
2. If selected, we will inform you via UpWork and send instructions.
3. Your project output will be sent via UpWork in the form of a single Google Drive folder containing one Word Doc with all copy, and all created images utilizing assets shared in step 2.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
