AI is part of our workflow, but editing skill comes first. You should be able to produce professional, high-quality videos independently and use AI as a support tool—not a replacement for expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
* Editing high-quality videos for marketing, digital products, social media, and ads
* Creating engaging short-form and long-form video content
* Applying strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual flow
* Using AI tools for ideation, captions, effects, b-roll generation, enhancements, or variations
* Writing and refining clear prompts to generate or assist AI video outputs
* Ensuring videos align with brand style, tone, and messaging
* Delivering consistent work on schedule
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
* Excellent skills in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
* Strong understanding of storytelling, timing, rhythm, and visual impact
* Ability to produce high-quality edits without relying solely on AI
* Must know how to write effective AI prompts for video-related tools (e.g., editing assistance, visuals, captions, effects, automation)
* High attention to detail and quality
* Reliable, disciplined, and interested in long-term work
* Preferred women
Availability & Work Schedule
* Willing to work 6 days per week
* Comfortable working during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Location
* This role is open to Video Editors based in the Philippines.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
* Experience with performance-driven or marketing videos
* Familiarity with short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
* Experience improving editing workflows using AI tools
