Responsibilities:
Handle vendor and customer communication and resolution around fulfillment related delays.
Post-Delivery Issues:
Investigate and resolve post-shipment issues such as returns and wrong items delivered by coordinating between vendors and customers.
Investigate and resolve warranty claims between vendors, manufacturers, and customers.
Ensure all returned items are credited by vendors through vendor and internal communication.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English with clarity and accuracy, including keeping all internal and external stakeholders updated.
Professional experience communicating with vendors and customers.
Collaborate interdepartmentally to support customer-facing updates.
High adaptability in a fast-changing, high-volume environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities: identifying the right problems, patterns, and root causes.
Ability to work independently and organize priorities effectively, including creative use of available resources.
Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
The tools we use are Zendesk and Slack. This role is long term and full-time in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
