This is a systems-driven role. I guide product selection and overall strategy — you handle daily graphics, posting, organization, and optimization.
This is approximately 40 hours per month.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Daily Content Creation (3 Posts Per Day)
Create 3 static graphics per day (no video required)
Clean, scroll-stopping Canva designs
Highlight product benefits, urgency, or value hooks
Maintain consistent brand look and feel
Follow established design templates (you may help improve them)
Caption Writing + Platform Formatting
Write platform-specific captions (FB + IG)
Add compliant affiliate disclosures
Add relevant hashtags
Insert and verify correct links
Avoid copy/paste formatting — optimize per platform
Mavely Account Management
Upload and organize product links
Maintain curated collections
Monitor performance
Identify top-performing products for reposting
Optimization & Reporting
Track basic weekly metrics
Flag winning products
Suggest repost or scaling opportunities
Maintain organized Google Drive + Sheets
Volume + Time Expectation
3 posts per day
~90 posts per month
Approximately 35–45 hours per month
This is a consistent, ongoing role — not a one-off project.
Who This Is Ideal For:
You understand affiliate marketing
You have Canva design experience
You are fast, organized, and systems-oriented
You can use AI tools efficiently (ChatGPT, templates, etc.)
You think in conversions, not just posting
You require minimal micromanagement
Compensation
Open to:
Hourly (preferred range: $25–$35/hr depending on experience)
OR monthly retainer aligned to ~40 hours/month
Performance-based increases available for strong results.
