Über
We're hiring a senior-level SEO Lead / SEO Architect to design and guide the full SEO strategy for a large-scale local services website. This is a big project involving 100+ structured pages, multiple
service categories, and multi-city/local SEO.
This role is NOT for generalists, beginners, or "basic SEO" freelancers. We need someone who can
Architect a full SEO ecosystem from the ground up.
What You Will Lead
- Create a complete SEO strategy & roadmap
- Architect a large website structure (100+ pages over time)
- Build keyword URL mapping across service, city, and informational clusters
- Define full technical SEO requirements for the developer
- Provide content briefs and structure guidelines for writers
- Set local SEO & Google Business Profile strategy
- Oversee execution (developer + content + local SEO team)
- Ensure scalable structure, clean indexing, internal linking, schema, and page quality
- Track KPIs and adjust strategy based on performance
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of advanced SEO experience
- Strong expertise in local SEO and large multi-page website architecture
- Deep understanding of technical SEO and scalable frameworks
- Proven success with complex SEO builds (50–200+ page websites)
- Ability to lead teams, provide direction, and maintain high standards
- Excellent communication, structured thinking, and strategic planning ability
