We're looking for a detail-oriented SEO & AEO expert to help strengthen the organic performance of Workstation AI — an enterprise AI orchestration platform that provides a secure, unified interface for building, managing, and deploying AI agents and workflows.
This role is NOT focused on writing content or developing high-level brand strategy.
Instead, your primary responsibility will be to:
1. Run ongoing SEO and AEO audits
2. Identify technical and structural improvements
3. Recommend actionable optimizations based on real data
Our internal team handles content creation and implementation; you provide the analysis, prioritization, and optimization guidance that drives measurable growth.
Estimated commitment: A few hours per week (ongoing)
What You'll Own
1. Conduct recurring SEO and AEO audits using SEMrush and other tools
2. Monitor keyword performance, rankings, and search visibility
3. Identify opportunities to improve:
4. Metadata (titles, descriptions, schema)
5. Tags and technical SEO signals
6. Internal linking structures
7. Broken links and crawl issues
8. Page performance and indexation health
9. Provide clear, actionable recommendations the team can implement
10. Analyze what is working vs. underperforming and suggest iterative improvements
11. Support optimization for AI search experiences (AEO / AI Overviews / LLM discoverability)
Success in this role means:

Must-Have Qualifications
1. Strong hands-on experience with technical SEO audits (B2B SaaS preferred)
2. Deep familiarity with SEMrush workflows and reporting
3. Experience optimizing metadata, tags, crawl structure, and technical signals
4. Understanding of modern AEO / AI search optimization principles
5. Highly analytical mindset — comfortable reviewing data frequently
6. Excellent written communication — able to explain findings clearly and concisely
7. Ownership mentality: proactively identify issues and propose improvements
Nice-to-Have Experience
1. Experience working with AI, enterprise SaaS, or developer-focused products
2. Familiarity with structured content hubs or resource libraries
3. Understanding of conversion-focused SEO for demo-driven funnels
4. Experience collaborating with internal marketing or growth teams
What This Role Is NOT
To ensure alignment, this role does not include:
1. Writing blog posts or creating content
2. Developing high-level SEO strategy
3. Managing full growth marketing programs
4. Your focus is analysis, optimization insights, and continuous improvement.
