This role is 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm Pacific Time). For the right candidate, this may grow into expanded hours over time.
You will work closely with me to help manage communications, scheduling, enrollment follow-ups, and workflow organization. I am looking for someone warm, professional, calm under pressure, and extremely reliable.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage shared company inbox
- Draft and respond to emails on my behalf
- Organize Google Drive files
- Manage my calendar and appointments
- Track deadlines and remind me of tasks
- Help organize workflows and projects
- Client & Enrollment Support
- Answer live calls professionally
- Return voicemails
- Monitor Google Form tour requests
- Book school tours
- Conduct follow-up emails with prospective families
- Escalate pricing or complex questions to me
- Workflow & CRM Organization
- Help build and manage a simple CRM system
- Track inquiries, tours, and follow-ups
- Ensure no lead is missed
- Maintain clean tracking systems
- Light Marketing Coordination
- Help coordinate social media drafts (I create content)
- Assist with outreach using templates
- Research local vendors, events, or grants as needed
What I'm Looking For:
- Fluent English (near-native level required)
- Strong professional phone presence
- Excellent written communication
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working directly with a founder
- Proactive and calm under pressure
- Able to consistently work 9am–2pm Pacific Time
- Long-term mindset
Important:
This role requires answering live calls and representing my company professionally. Confidence and clarity in spoken English are essential.
