Über
We are building a multi-entity AI automation system and are looking for an experienced AI developer who can coach while building.
This is NOT a task-based coding role.
This is a structured coaching engagement where we build live together via screen-share and transfer technical capability to our internal team.
Think: pair programming + mentorship.
What We're Building
We are developing a Claude Code–powered automation ecosystem that includes:
• MCP server integrations (OAuth 2.0 / PKCE flows)
• API bridges and webhook-based workflows
• Obsidian vault architecture spanning 7 business entities
• Git-based workflow for tracking agents, skills, and scripts
• VPS deployment (PM2, environment variables, security hardening)
• Prompt governance system (6-layer framework already built)
The goal is to build correctly while learning how to maintain and extend the system independently.
Engagement Structure
• 2–4 live sessions per week (60–90 minutes)
• Real-time screen-share implementation
• Architecture reviews
• Live troubleshooting sessions
• Async review of PRs, skills, and agent configurations
You must be comfortable explaining decisions in real time and teaching patterns, not just executing tasks.
You Are a Strong Fit If
• You have built Claude Code automations or MCP integrations
• You understand OAuth flows, API integrations, and debugging
• You have deployed applications on VPS environments
• You enjoy teaching and mentoring
• You can explain complex technical concepts clearly to a non-developer founder
• You are comfortable saying "I don't know — let's figure it out"
Important
This is an expert-level engagement.
We are looking for someone who has already shipped real systems, not someone experimenting for the first time.

Screening question:
If a non-technical founder asked, "What is MCP and why should I care?" how would you explain it in 60 seconds?
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
