Über
We need a certified Zoho consultant who knows the full Zoho ecosystem deeply — not just CRM — and can take ownership of rebuilding our setup from the ground up with proper workflows, automations, pipelines, and SOPs. This is a hands-on role. We want someone who can audit what we have, tell us what we need, and execute.
Where We're Starting From
We have a functioning Zoho environment with several integrations already in place — RingCentral and Spire ERP are connected, Zoho SalesIQ (with a Zobot) and Zoho Desk are active, and our team uses CRM day to day. However, the system has never been properly built out. We're looking for a consultant to come in, assess what we have, and implement everything that's currently missing.
What We Need Implemented
CRM Structure & Pipeline
• Clean up existing CRM data and architecture
• Build a proper sales pipeline with defined stages
• Implement targets, KPIs, and reporting dashboards — none of these exist currently
Automations & Workflows
• We have no meaningful automations in place — this needs to be built from scratch
• Lead acquisition workflows and structured follow-up sequences
• Workflow rules, blueprints, and approval processes across CRM, Desk, and SalesIQ
Zia & AI
• Zia and Zia Agent are not configured — we want these set up and working as a practical part of our operations
SalesIQ & Live Chat
• Our Zobot and live chat routing need to be properly structured and connected to CRM
• Department routing, live transfer logic, and fallback handling all need to be implemented correctly
SOP Development
• No formal SOPs exist — we need all workflows and processes documented so the team can follow and maintain them going forward
Broader Ecosystem
• We're likely not using several Zoho tools that could benefit us — we want a consultant who can identify gaps and implement what makes sense (Campaigns, Analytics, etc.)
Requirements
• Zoho certification is required
• Proven hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem — CRM, SalesIQ, Desk, and broader suite
• Experience with third-party integrations (RingCentral and/or ERP systems a strong plus)
• Ability to build SOPs and documentation alongside technical implementation
• Strong communicator — we need someone who can explain what they're doing and train our team
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
